Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for details about our return process and policies.

RETURNS

All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

SELF-RETURN PROCESS

Our Self-Return Platform makes returns quick and convenient. Follow these steps to initiate your return:

  1. Log into your account: Log into your Balling Hockey account here.
  2. Locate your order: Navigate to the "Orders" section in your account, select the order containing the item(s) you want to return, and choose the item(s) for return.
  3. Submit your return request: Once you've selected the item(s) and provided a reason for the return, submit the request.
  4. Approval and return label: After we review and approve your return request (within 48 business hours), you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
  5. Package your items: Securely package the items in their original packaging, ensuring all included tags and labels are intact.
  6. Ship the package: Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at the nearest carrier location indicated in your return instructions.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

EXCEPTIONS

  • Defective or damaged items: If you received a faulty product, please email us at contact@ballinghockey.com with details and photos. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or a refund.
  • Sale items: These are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Returns initiated through the Self-Return Portal include a prepaid shipping label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. For international returns, customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees unless the item is defective.
