Balling Hockey Warranty Policy
At Balling Hockey, we’re committed to quality and durability. Our products are designed and crafted to perform, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
Warranty Coverage We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase to cover any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
What’s Not Covered? Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
- Damage due to improper storage or handling
- "Rattling" effect: This refers to small fibers that may come loose inside the stick. This effect does not affect the stick’s lifespan or performance. For more information, click here.
How to File a Warranty Claim To start a claim, simply provide:
- Your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- A description of the defect
- Photos showing the defect
Send this information to our customer service team at contact@ballinghockey.com. We’ll review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
Resolution Options If your claim is approved, we offer the following options:
- Product repair
- Replacement with the same or an equivalent model
- Refund
Additional Information This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and applies to products bought through our official website. Items not purchased through ballinghockey.com / ballinghockey.co.uk are not covered under our warranty policy.
